Please read the following information to understand how you will receive your products and our policies regarding returns.

  1. Delivery Policy

  We pride ourselves on getting you the tools you need without delay. There is no physical shipping, no waiting for the post, and no shipping fees.

  How Delivery Works:

  • Instant Fulfillment: Upon successful payment confirmation, your order is processed automatically.

  • Email Delivery: You will receive an email immediately containing your software license key(s), official download links, and step-by-step installation instructions.

  • Account Access: If you created an account during or before checkout, your license keys and purchase history will also be permanently available in your Softcheap Account Dashboard.

  What to do if you don't receive your order: While delivery is typically instantaneous, occasional delays can happen. If you do not see your delivery email within 10 minutes of purchase:

  1. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  2. Verify that the email address provided during checkout is correct.

  3. If your payment is still marked as "pending" by your bank or payment provider, delivery will occur as soon as the funds clear.

  4. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact our support team immediately at helper@softcheap.co.uk with your Order ID.

  2. Return Policy

  Because our products are digital access codes and software licenses, they cannot be "returned" to a shelf like physical goods.

  Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital downloads are subject to different rules than physical items. By purchasing and choosing to receive your digital key immediately, you acknowledge that traditional return rights do not apply once the product has been accessed.

  When "Returns" (Refunds/Replacements) Are Accepted: We will happily issue a replacement key or a full refund under the following strict conditions:

  • Unviewed Keys: You purchased the wrong item and have not yet viewed, revealed, or accessed the license key via your email or dashboard. You must request this within 14 days of purchase.

  • Faulty Products: The license key provided is invalid, has already been activated by another party, or is completely defective. (You must report this within 14 days and provide screenshot evidence of the error).

  When Returns Are Not Accepted: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The license key has been viewed, revealed, or activated.

  • You purchased the software for an incompatible operating system (e.g., buying Windows-only software for a Mac). Please check system requirements before purchasing.

  • You simply changed your mind after revealing the key.

  • You are experiencing usability issues or bugs within the software itself (these must be taken up with the software's official developer).
